Welcome to KadiConnect! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services (collectively, the "Service") offered by KadiConnect ("us", "we", or "our") through KadiConnect.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs, or renders the Service less efficient. You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KadiConnect and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of KadiConnect.
KadiConnect is a digital business card platform that offers a free tier with limited views (up to 25 card views) and a premium Pro tier with unlimited views and enhanced features. New users receive access to create and share digital business cards immediately upon registration.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paystack. By subscribing to KadiConnect Pro, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service. Subscription fees can be charged on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis depending on the plan you select.
You authorize Paystack to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis (for monthly and annual plans) until you cancel. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as available through Paystack.
Your subscription (for monthly and annual plans) will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. The renewal will be at the same subscription rate unless we have notified you of a price change. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. If we change the subscription fee for your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new subscription fee.
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your account settings by accessing the "Manage Subscription" section in your profile. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any subscription purchases under any circumstances, including partial billing periods. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly test KadiConnect using our free tier (up to 25 card views) before committing to a paid subscription.
If a payment is not successfully processed due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend your access to Pro features until valid payment information is provided. Paystack will attempt to retry failed payments according to their retry schedule.
You can manage your subscription details, update payment information, view billing history, and download invoices through the subscription management portal accessible from your profile page. This portal is provided by Paystack and allows you to have full control over your subscription.

Once you reach the 25-view limit, you will need to upgrade to the Pro tier to continue receiving new views. Users on the free tier can upgrade at any time.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to your digital business card, including your profile picture, contact information, and other personal details. By uploading content to the Service, you grant KadiConnect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any content you upload, including profile pictures and logos. You agree not to upload content that violates any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us at support@kadiconnect.com.
In no event shall KadiConnect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
KadiConnect is built using modern web technologies including Next.js 14, PostgreSQL with Prisma database management, BetterAuth for secure authentication, Paystack for payment processing, and Vercel Analytics for performance monitoring. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data and ensure reliable service delivery.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
